The Bahamas Shipowners Association (BSA) held its autumn Board Meeting in London on October 16-17, with the pinnacle of the two days being the 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which took place at Trinity House, London.

This year’s AGM was well attended, with participants joining both in person and online from various parts of the world. The meeting was notably addressed by the Bahamas Maritime Authority (BMA) Chairman, Ms.

Jacqueline Simmons, who emphasized the important role the BSA plays in representing shipowners registered with the Bahamas flag. Ms. Simmons also highlighted the work of the BMA in maintaining its position as a top-quality flag.

The BSA Chair Capt. Domenico Rognoni led the meeting, discussing the significance of active membership and how the BSA is intensifying its efforts to increase visibility and communication with its Members through the launch of a new website and by being
